Our Rehearsal Dinner Venue in Tulsa, OK

Designed to delight for any occasion.

The Clubhouse seats 75 to 100 guests, which covers most rehearsal dinners with room for the wedding party, both families, and the out of town guests who arrived early. It sits on the same Bixby property as the Grand Hall, about fifteen miles south of downtown Tulsa, with a fireplace inside and a covered deck looking out over the water.

Your Rehearsal and Your Rehearsal Dinner Spaces

The Clubhouse as a Rehearsal Dinner Space

The Clubhouse was built for gatherings this size. Light flooring, a fireplace, and a floor plan that lets guests move from the dining tables out to the covered deck without a bottleneck. For a dinner where half the room has not met the other half yet, that flow does real work.

  • Holds 75 to 100 guests depending on floor plan

  • Fireplace, covered deck, and a waterside view

  • 60 inch rounds, 8 foot banquet tables, high tops, and two mobile bars available

  • Our staff sets up tables and chairs to the floor plan you submit through AllSeated

  • An in house sound system for background music

  • A paved lot with over 200 parking spaces, plus an indoor elevator lift and outdoor ADA ramps

Because our chairs are wider than standard, we recommend a maximum of eight guests per round table. More on both indoor spaces is on the venue page.

Dinner and Drinks at Our Tulsa Area Venue

We do not provide catering or bartending. You choose a caterer from our preferred list, or ask us to approve an outside one, since catering is the only vendor category we restrict. We currently have 15 preferred caterers and have expanded our list. Luckily, there is no fee for using a caterer outside of the preferred list, but they must be approved by us in advance.

For drinks, you buy and bring your own alcohol, served by a licensed and insured bartender, with Host Liquor Liability Insurance in place. No shots, and everything served over ice with a mixer. Security is required for any event with more than 50 guests where alcohol is being served.

Drinks Outside Before Dinner

If the weather is on your side, start the night outdoors. The gardens, the pond and fountain, and the deck and patio under bistro lights all work for a welcome drink before everyone sits down. It gives arriving guests somewhere to land and buys your caterer a quiet room to finish setting.

Book Your Rehearsal Dinner in Tulsa

The Clubhouse books hourly during the week, with a minimum rental length that includes setup and breakdown time. Rehearsal dinner bookings are discounted 90 days before the dinner.

Booking runs first come, first served by email, and we do not hold dates. A deposit reserves the evening, with the balance due on a set schedule before the event.

Rehearsal Dinner Questions We Hear Most

Is the rehearsal dinner included with our wedding rental?

No. Your wedding rental includes a one hour rehearsal, booked 30 days before the wedding, and that hour is for walking through the ceremony only. The dinner is a separate Clubhouse rental at an hourly rate.

When can we book the Clubhouse for a rehearsal dinner?

Ninety days before the dinner. That is later than most wedding vendors book, so put a reminder on your calendar rather than assuming the space is reserved when you sign your wedding contract.

How many people fit in the Clubhouse for a rehearsal dinner?

Between 75 and 100 guests, depending on your floor plan. A seated dinner with a buffet line takes more floor space than a standing reception, so the layout you submit through determines where you land in that range.

Can we use our own caterer?

You choose from our preferred caterer list, or ask us to approve an outside caterer. Catering is the only vendor category we restrict. Everything else is up to you.

Can we serve alcohol at the rehearsal dinner?

Yes, and you supply it. You bring your own alcohol, a licensed and insured bartender serves it, and Host Liquor Liability Insurance is required. We do not allow shots, and drinks are served over ice with a mixer.
