Whatever the occasion, Vinterra will wow your guests. We are a rental venue, so you build the party you actually want. We provide the space, the tables and chairs, and the staff who set it all up to your floor plan. You bring the food, the drinks, and the people. Start with current rental pricing or check open dates before you plan much further.
The Clubhouse seats 75 to 100 guests. The Grand Hall seats 250 to 300. Between the two, Vinterra hosts birthdays, quinceañeras, showers, anniversaries, graduations, and reunions on one property.

The Clubhouse for Smaller Parties
UP TO 300 SEATED GUESTS
The Clubhouse is the smaller of our two indoor spaces, and it handles most social events comfortably. There is a fireplace inside and a covered deck with a view of the water, so guests drift between indoors and out without the party splitting in two.

The Grand Hall for Larger Celebrations
When the guest list runs past 100, the party moves to the Grand Hall. Floor to ceiling windows, light wood flooring, and a clean modern interior that takes whatever decor you bring to it. It is one of the largest event spaces in the Tulsa area.

Outdoor Space for Open Air Gatherings
The grounds give you somewhere to put a cocktail hour, a photo backdrop, or the whole event when the weather cooperates. Landscaped gardens, a pond with a fountain, and a deck and patio lit with bistro lights. The Dock is one option among several rather than the default spot.

What Comes With Your Rental
Every rental includes the furniture and the labor to set it up:
60 inch round tables, 8 foot banquet tables, cocktail and high top tables, a half moon table, and two mobile bars
300 indoor chairs and 300 outdoor chairs
Our staff sets up all tables and chairs to the floor plan you submit through AllSeated, a free tool you use to build your own layout
An in house sound system for background music only, so bring a DJ or a band if you want dancing
A paved lot with over 200 parking spaces
An indoor elevator lift and outdoor ADA ramps
One thing to know before you build a seating chart: our chairs are wider than standard, so we recommend a maximum of eight guests per round table. At 200 people that changes your table count, and it is easier to plan around now than to discover the week of.
Booking a Social Event in Tulsa County
The Grand Hall and the Clubhouse are both available hourly during the week, which suits showers, luncheons, and weeknight parties that do not need a full day.
Social Event Questions We Hear Most
How many people can I have at a party at Vinterra?
Up to 100 in the Clubhouse and up to 300 in the Grand Hall. The exact number depends on your floor plan, since a seated dinner takes more room than a standing reception. Above 250 guests in the Grand Hall, the lobby gets used for bar, buffet, and cake.
Can I bring my own food, or do I have to use your caterer?
You choose a caterer from our preferred list, or ask us to approve an outside one. Catering is the only vendor category we restrict, so everything else, from florals to photography to entertainment, is entirely your call.
Can we serve alcohol at a private party?
Yes, and you buy it yourself. You bring your own alcohol, a licensed and insured bartender serves it, and you carry Host Liquor Liability Insurance. We do not allow shots, and everything is served over ice with a mixer. Security is required whenever alcohol is served, and we arrange the officer for you.
Can we rent for just a few hours on a weekday?
Yes. Both the Grand Hall and the Clubhouse book hourly during the week, with a minimum rental length that covers setup and breakdown. It is a practical option for showers, luncheons, and weeknight celebrations.
Do you have somewhere outside for a party?
Yes. The grounds include gardens, a pond with a fountain, and a deck and patio strung with bistro lights, plus the Dock. Any of them work for a ceremony, a cocktail hour, or an open air party, and we have 300 outdoor chairs on hand.
How do we hold a date?
Email us, because dates go first come, first served and we do not hold them. Once you decide, a deposit locks the date in and the rest is due in scheduled payments before the event. Full policy details are on our FAQ page.
