Weekend Pricing
All weekend rentals include exclusive access to Vinterra and use of the Grand Hall.
Friday: $7,200.00 (12 hour rental)
Saturday: $8,200.00 (14 hour rental)
Sunday: $6,200.00 (10 hour rental)
*Add use of Clubhouse: $550.00
*Additional hours can be added at $500 per hour
WEEKDAY (MON-THURS) WEDDINGS
Weekday weddings can reserve exclusive access to Vinterra and use of the Grand Hall for $3,800.00.
Exclusive access to Vinterra; includes an 8hr rental with 1hr for rehearsal.
RUSH WEDDING BOOKINGS
Bookings made within 90 days of the wedding date are offered at a discounted rate. Any other applicable discounts would not apply on top of this pricing.

Weekday Event Pricing
Weekday rentals take place Monday-Thursday and include private access and use of individual Vinterra amenities.
The Grand Hall: $375/Hr
The Clubhouse: $250/Hr
The Gardens + Dock (Exclusive): $100/Hr
*All events require a 4hr minimum rental. This includes set up and break down time.
*All Grand Hall hourly rentals are charged a $400 cleaning fee.
*All Clubhouse hourly rentals are charged a $275 cleaning fee.
RUSH EVENT BOOKINGS
Bookings made within 90 days of the event date are offered at a discounted rate. Any other applicable discounts would not apply on top of this pricing.

Discounts and Premiums
Off Season Pricing:
January, February include a 20% price reduction.
March includes a 10% price reduction.
July, August include a 15% price reduction
Discounts and Premiums:
Holiday bookings include a 20% premium on the normal price. This will be in effect two days before the holiday and two days after the holiday. Labor Day Weekend and Memorial Day Weekend rentals include the 20% premium Friday-Monday.
Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Easter include a 20% premium on the Saturday pricing.
Military and First Responder Discount - 10% off
(discounts do not stack with off season and cannot be applied on top of holiday price increases)
